1. 1. THE SELLER of a residential and commercial building with associated land is Privredna Banka Sarajevo d.d. Sarajevo, with headquarters in ul. Tel: +387 (0)71 710 000 On behalf of the Bank, the sale process is carried out by the Purchasing and Sales Commission.
2. THE SUBJECT OF THE SALE is a residential and commercial building and the associated yard owned by the Bank, acquired in court proceedings through the collection of receivables and is located in Ljubljanska street no. 28 in the Municipality of Novo Sarajevo, registered in the list of real estate:

– z.k. cartridge number: 1327 K.O. NOVO SARAJEVO II with plot no. 838 of 230.00 m2 and plot number 839 with an area of 170 m2 or a total area of 400.00 m2

The residential building has 249.20 m2 of usable area , of which the basement 79.72 m2, the ground floor 89.76 m2 and the attic 79.72 m2

The commercial building has a total area of 70 m2 of which the basement is 23.80 m2, ground floor 23.80 m2 and attic 22.40 m2
