1. 1. THE SELLER of a residential building with associated land is Privredna Banka Sarajevo d.d. Sarajevo, with headquarters in ul. Tel: +387 (0)71 710 000 On behalf of the Bank, the sale process is carried out by the Purchasing and Sales Commission.
2. THE SUBJECT OF THE SALE is a residential building and a yard with an orchard owned by the Bank, acquired in court proceedings through debt collection and is located in Barice Street up to number 99 in the Municipality of Vogošća – Sarajevo, registered in the list of real estate:

– z.k. cartridge number: 399 K.O. SP_Donja Vogošća plot 293/3 with a total area of 1,352 m2

The residential building has an external dimensions of 10.00 X 7.15 meters and has 177.02 m2 of usable area of which the basement 60.77 m2, ground floor 67.40 m2 and attic 48.85 m2
