P O Z AND V FOR SUBMITTING BIDS FOR THE LEASE OF BUSINESS PREMISES IN MUNICIPALITIES: NOVI GRAD SARAJEVO, NOVO SARAJEVO, ILIDŽA, BUGOJNO AND MAGLAJ

Privredna Banka Sarajevo d.d. Sarajevo invites all interested legal and natural persons to express their interest in business cooperation with the Bank for submitting an offer for the lease of business premises for the accommodation of the Bank Branch Office.
The Bank has the need to take under the multi-year lease of business premises in municipalities:
Novi Grad Sarajevo, Novo Sarajevo, Ilidža, Bugojno and Maglaj.
The conditions and characteristics of the business premises that meet the needs of PBS are:

Attractive location on the ground floor of the building with adequate access to the extra or first zone of the municipality
Total net usable area of space from 60 to 100 m2
The business premises are required to have central heating and air conditioning, to be sufficiently lit by natural light, to have all the connections and installations necessary for the normal functioning of the Bank Branch and a separate electric meter exclusively for the space in question.
Business premises must have a wet knot in accordance with building norms
The space must be empty and the same will be equipped by PBS according to its standards.
