Potential bidders are invited to submit bids for the delivery of licenses and the implementation of a centralized and unique software solution for monitoring and management of system and operational records (hereinafter: SIEM solution) from key resources within the information system for the needs of Privredna banka Sarajevo d.d. Sarajevo.

The subject of implementation of a centralized SIEM solution is:

• Delivery and installation of licenses (procurement or lease);
• Implementation of solutions in accordance with the Needs of the Bank;
• Creating a proactive monitoring and alerting system;
• Creating the necessary reports;
• Education and preparation of necessary documentation.
