Based on the Conclusion on the first public sale of the Municipal Court in Sarajevo no. 65 0 Ip 887450 21 Ip, Privredna banka Sarajevo d.d. Sarajevo informs all interested legal and natural persons that on 30.11.2022. starting at 09.00 hours, room no. 403 /IV, will be held public sale of the following properties:

The property under order number 1 represents a business premises – a catering shop at the address Trg djece Dobrinje br. 9, dobrinja village, with a total area of 147.4m2 and consists of a basic building and two glazed summer gardens.
The property under ordinal number 2 represents a business space of 59.99m2 located in the basement of the building at Kasima Prohića no. 11, dobrinja village, and consists of 3 bedrooms, kitchen and utility rooms.
The property under ordinal number 3. represents a residential unit located at the address Trg djece Dobrinje no. 5, dobrinja, on the second floor of the building with a total area of 80m2. The apartment consists of a hallway, dining room with kitchen, living room, bathroom, toilet, two bedrooms, study room, storage room and loggia.
Conditions for participation:
All legal and natural persons who make a deposit in the amount of KM 10,000.00 to the account of the Municipal Court in Sarajevo No. 10,000.00 have the right to participate. 1411965320009639 no later than the date of the public auction and provide evidence to the court before opening the hearing.
Public auction will be held in the building of the Municipal Court in Sarajevo, on 30.11.2022.godine starting at 09.00h, room no. 403/IV.
