PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT
to fill the following position:

Place of work Sarajevo
Employment for an indefinite period with a probationary period of six (6) months
Required conditions for performing the tasks of the said position:
| Professional qualifications: | Vss/VŠS economic direction |
| Required work experience: |
three (3) years in banking in the same or similar business

Jobs and work tasks:
- Prepares the preparation of studies and participates in the process of planning the business network;
- Performs operational management of databases related to the business network, employee movements – employment realization and personnel solutions,
- Periodic monitoring and preparation of competition reports;
- Advises and is responsible for the implementation of procedures and regulations of the Bank from the segment of affairs under the jurisdiction of the Department;
- Coordinates cooperation with units of the Directorate for Business with natural persons, business network and other organizational parts of the Bank;
- Performs other tasks according to the order of the direct manager and the competent member of the Management Board
Competencies:
- knowledge of the banking market,
- reporting skills;
- outstanding communication and presentation skills
Additional requirements:
- Knowledge of English
- Good knowledge of computer work
- Category B driver's license
