  1. After the status changes from 2016, Privredna Banka Sarajevo d.d. Sarajevo has significantly improved its banking operations, expanded its sales network and through the modernization of all retail outlets to a high level raised the quality of products and services. The result of all this is that today Privredna Banka Sarajevo d.d. Sarajevo has assets of 669,900 thousand KM, total deposits of 573,856 thousand KM, with a profit in 2021 of 6,574 thousand KM. As one of the fastest growing banks with domestic capital, Privredna Banka Sarajevo d.d. At the beginning of 2023, Sarajevo plans to expand its business to the area of Tuzla Canton, more precisely in the cities of Tuzla and Živinice.     Head of Tuzla Branch and Head of Živinice Agency

    Business and work tasks:

    • Managing work, organizing and coordinating the work process at the level of the organizational unit;
    • Development of plans and programs for achieving business goals at the level of the Branch / Agency;
    • Supervision and control of the execution of tasks in the Branch/ Agency;
    • Presentation and sale of products and services of the Bank;
    • Resolving customer complaints;
    • Monitoring the Collection and Receivables of the Bank and collecting customer information with the aim of identifying and preventing potential risk to the Bank;
    • Undertaking activities and actively participating in the implementation of anti-money laundering and terrorist financing programmes;
    • Timely and adequate servicing of the needs of existing Bank customers;
    • Conscientious and professional performance of tasks within its scope of work and other entrusted tasks and performing tasks within working groups, committees, teams and other coordination mechanisms in the Bank;
    • Responsibility for the work, effective management and profitability of the organizational part,
    • Efficient and reasonable use of the Bank's resources in the performance of professional tasks

    Conditions:

    Required work experience

    • HJSc/VŠS, at least one (1) year in the same or similar jobs;
    • SSS, at least two(2) years in the same or similar jobs

    Competencies

    • Good knowledge of banking products and processes;
    • Good organizational, presentation and communication skills;
    • Positive attitude and focus on achieving business goals;
    • Independence in work;
    • Good knowledge of computer work;
    • Driver's license category B
    • Knowledge of English language
