Holiday working hours

Dear Clients,

 We hereby inform you about the deadlines by which clients' payment orders will be executed:

 WORKING HOURS OF ALL BRANCHES:

• 31.12.2019. until 13:00h

INTERNAL PAYMENT TRANSACTIONS

All payment orders within Bosnia and Herzegovina that are received at the Bank's counters no later than December 31, 2019 by 12:00 p.m. will be executed in 2019.

Orders in favour of the Bank (payments to the Bank's interim account) are realized on the same day regardless of the time of receipt.

Requests for conversions submitted with the currency 30.12.2019. by 12:00 (for payment transactions in the country) will be made with the currency 30.12.2019. year, all requests submitted after the above period will be realized in 2020.

Electronic banking

All payment orders within Bosnia and Herzegovina that are sent via electronic banking and received by the Bank until December 30, 2019 by 12:00 pm, will be executed in 2019 with a currency date in 2019.

Orders for payments abroad that are delivered until December 30, 2019 by 12:00 pm will be executed in 2019 with the currency date in 2019.

All other payment orders received after the specified deadline will be executed with the currency date in 2020.

FOREIGN PAYMENT TRANSACTIONS

Orders for payments abroad that are received at the Bank's counters until December 30, 2019 by 12:00 p.m. will be executed in 2019 with the currency date in 2019, while all other payment orders received after the specified deadline will be executed with the currency date in 2020.

At the same time, we inform you that from 01.01.2020. a new Tariff fee in business with legal entities is in effect. It is available in all our subsidiaries or agencies. 

03.01.2020. is regular operation of branches and the first working day of internal and foreign payment transactions in 2020.
