Notification of deadlines for execution of payment orders at the end of 2022

Dear Clients, 

We hereby inform you about the deadlines by which clients' payment orders will be executed:

WORKING WITH CLIENTS IN ALL BRANCHES

On 30.12.2022. until 13:00h.

INTERNAL PAYMENT TRANSACTIONS 

All payment orders within Bosnia and Herzegovina that are received at the Bank's counters no later than December 30, 2022 by 12:00 p.m. will be executed in 2022. 

Orders in favour of the Bank (payments to the Bank's interim account) are realized on the same day regardless of the time of receipt.

Requests for conversions submitted with the currency 29.12.2022. until 12:00 (for payment transactions in the country) will be made with the currency 29.12.2022. year, all requests submitted after the above mentioned period will be realized in 2023.

Electronic banking

All payment orders within Bosnia and Herzegovina that are sent via electronic banking and received by the Bank until December 29, 2022 by 12:00 pm will be executed in 2022 with the currency date in 2022. 

Orders for payments abroad that are delivered by December 29, 2022 by 12:00 pm will be executed in 2022 with the currency date in 2022. 

All other payment orders received after the specified deadline will be executed with the currency date in 2023.

FOREIGN PAYMENT TRANSACTIONS 

Foreign payment orders received at the Bank's counters until 29 December 2022 by 12:00 p.m. will be executed in 2022 with the currency date in 2022, while all other payment orders received after the specified deadline will be executed with the currency date in 2023.

04.01.2023. is the regular operation of branches and the first working day of internal and foreign payment transactions in 2023.
