PUBLIC CALL for bids and selection of the most favorable bidder for the procurement of computer and network equipment

1. SUBJECT OF BIDDING:

The subject of the tender is the procurement of IT computer and network equipment.

LOT I

1.	Cisco Switch	16 pcs
	(Cisco 1000 Series or Cisco Catalyst 9200) ·        Switch- 24port GE, 4x1G SFP, "limited lifetime warranty", with replacement of defective components the next business day during the first year of use
2	Cisco Switch	8 pcs
	(Cisco 1000 Series or Cisco Catalyst 9200) ·        Switch 48 port Cisco Catalyst 9200 – 48port GE, 4x1G SFP, "limited lifetime warranty", with replacement of defective components the next business day during the first year of use

Note: Depending on the price and delivery times, the Bank will opt for Cisco Catalyst 1000 or 9200 series devices.

Implementation services:

• Equipment delivery
• Confguration of devices
• Support ing the Bank's IT staff when commissioning the device
• Updating the existing documentation of the Bank's network infrastructure structure

Within the scope of the bid, the Bidder is obliged to submit:

– Manufacturer authorization

– Reference list for similar projects in the banking sector in BiH

	The device should have the ability to protect web applications from known and unknown (zero-day) attacks. The technical documentation must be prepared by the manufacturer and available through the official website of the provider (submit a link to the documentation). The documentation is submitted in unmodified form (as on the website) in English. All of the above requirements are eliminated.   Within the scope of the bid, the Bidder is obliged to submit: – Manufacturer authorization – Reference list for similar projects in the banking sector in BiH

 

2. RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE:

All domestic corporate entities registered to perform the activities that are the subject of the tender have the right to participate.

3. CONTENT OF THE OFFER:

The bidder must submit:

• the name and exact address of the bidder
• certified photocopy of the registration decision
• certified photocopy of the tax registration certificate
• original bid with prices (by points for which he participates in the tender)
• precise specification of the devices that are the subject of the offer, all its software and hardware components
• the bidder must submit the manufacturer's authorization to offer the equipment and solutions in question in the territory of BiH. The same must be addressed to Privredna banka Sarajevo d.d. Sarajevo and with the indication that it is issued for the purpose of selecting the most favorable bidder under this public invitation
• the bidder must submit a statement confirming the required warranty conditions on the equipment, and refer to the items of equipment specification stipulating the required conditions. Upon delivery of equipment, and before signing the minutes of receipt of equipment, the corresponding Commission of the bank will check the warranty periods for the delivered equipment based on the serial numbers of the device through the manufacturer's web tools or through direct communication with the manufacturer's offices.
• the bidder must submit a statement that in case of acceptance of the bid, all equipment will be assembled and installed at the manufacturer's factory, and that all components are original and procured through the manufacturer's official channels. When receiving equipment, the appropriate Commission of the banks will check this, and will not accept equipment that does not meet these requirements.

4. CRITERION FOR THE SELECTION OF THE BEST OFFER:

• Documentation listed in the "Content of the offer"
• Price
• Delivery time
• Method and terms of payment
• Reference of the same or similar business with banks
• Preference in choosing the most favorable bidder will be given to the Bank's clients

5. SUBMISSION OF BIDS:

The bid is duly sealed by mail or directly to the bank's protocol, at the address PBS dd Sarajevo, Obala Kulina bana 18 Sarajevo, with the indication "Commission for Procurement and Sale-BID per tender for computer and network equipment - do not open" and with the indication of LOT to which the bidder applies.

6. DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION OF TENDERS:

The deadline for submitting bids is 7 days from the date of publication.

7. OPENING OF BIDS:

The opening of bids will be carried out by the Commission, which will propose the most favorable bidder, and after making a decision on the selection of the most favorable tender, inform all bidders thereof.

8. OFFER COSTS:

PBS d.d. Sarajevo does not bear any costs of the bidder in the bidding process, and reserves the right to accept in whole or in part the bid, reject the bid, cancel the public tender or postpone all bids at any time before the conclusion of the contract and thereby bearno responsibility to the bidders, nor is it obliged to explain the reasons for such decision.
