PUBLIC CALL for bids and selection of the most favorable bidder for the purchase of real estate
SUBJECT OF SALE
Potential bidders are invited to submit bids for the purchase of real estate in Sarajevo as follows:
- Property registered in zk.ul.br. 4388 O. Sarajevo IV marked as k.č. 1584/1U1E12 in nature five bedroom apartment in ul. Daniela Ozme no. 12 on the second floor consisting of 5.5 rooms, kitchen and utility rooms with a total area of 166 m2
- Property registered in zk.ul.br. 239 K.O. SP_Hrasnica marked as k.č.1800/3 in nature housing and yard with a total area of 500 m2
The Bank is in possession of real estate that is the subject of a public invitation, and the process of registering ownership rights in favor of the Bank is ongoing.
The property is sold in a condition.
Potential bidders can view the real estate in question until the deadline for submission of the bid in person with prior notice on the phone number 033/ 408-737.
RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE
All legal and natural persons who, in the name of the guarantee (deposit) for the seriousness of the offer, pay funds in the amount of 50,000.00 KM (fifty thousand KM) to the account of Privredna banka Sarajevo No. 101 000 000 0001687 with the indication "for participation in the tender for the purchase of real estate".
All legal and natural persons who, in the name of guarantee (deposit) for the seriousness of the offer, pay funds in the amount of BAM 10,000.00 (ten thousand KM) to the account of Privredna banka Sarajevo No. 101 000 000 0001687 with the indication "for participation in the tender for the purchase of real estate" have the right to participate in the purchase of real estate.
If the bidder submits a bid for both properties, the right to participate is realized by paying a guarantee (deposit) for the seriousness of the bid in the amount of 50,000.00 KM (fifty thousand KM) to the account of Privredna banka Sarajevo No. 101 000 000 0001687 with the indication "for participation in the tender for the purchase of real estate".
SUBMISSION AND OPENING OF BIDS
Sealed bids with the indicated full address of the bidder with the indication "DO NOT OPEN – BID per tender for the purchase of real estate" by mail or directly to the Bank for protocol.
The deadline for submitting bids is 7 days from the date of publication.

The opening of bids is not public.
OFFER COSTS
The Bank does not bear any costs of the bidder's participation in the proceedings and reserves the right to accept the offer in full, reject the offer, request additional information from the bidder, cancel the public invitation without explaining to the bidders and bearno responsibility for this.
NOTE
The Bank will not refund the deposit to the selected bidder, but will be treated as an advance payment for the offered price with which a notary purchase agreement will be concluded with the obligation to pay the rest of the purchase price within the agreed period to the Bank's account.
All interested bidders whose bid is not accepted will be refunded in the full amount paid.
The costs of making notary processing of the sales contract, real estate sales tax, registration fees and all other costs related to the purchase and sale process shall be borne by the buyer.
