PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT for the collection of bids for the procurement of equipment for the Next Gen Firewall (NGFW) with the included service support of the manufacturer

Potential bidders are invited for next gen firewall (NGFW) with the manufacturer's service support included and additional support according to the table below:

NOTE

Bidders are open to the option of submitting bids for Checkpoint, but also other manufacturers for technical equipment of the same purpose and in the same quantities: protection of network systems from cyber attacks and threats, Next Generation Firewall (NGFW) solutions.

RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE

The right to participate is granted to all legal entities that are registered to perform the activity that is the subject of the tender

 

CONTENT OF THE OFFER

The bidder must submit:

  • the name and exact address of the bidder;
  • a certified photocopy of the registration decision (or an extract from the court register) not older than 6 months;
  • a certified photocopy of the tax registration certificate;
  • the original bid with prices (by the points for which it participates in the tender).

 

CRITERIA FOR CHOOSING THE MOST FAVORABLE OFFER

In the process of selecting the most favorable bidder, the Commission for the procurement of fixed funds will take into account the following criteria

  • price
  • delivery time,
  • payment method and conditions (payment only upon delivery)
  • references and certified staff for individual services.

 

SUBMISSION AND OPENING OF BIDS

Sealed bids with the indicated full address of the bidder should be submitted with the indication "DO NOT OPEN – BID per tender for the procurement of computer equipment" and with an indication of the points to which the bidder is applying, by mail or directly to the Bank for protocol.

The deadline for submitting bids is 15 days from the date of publication, i.e. until 23.06.2023.

The address for submission of bids is: 

Privredna Banka Sarajevo d.d Sarajevo, Obala Kulina bana 18, for the Commission for procurement of fixed assets.

The opening of bids is not public. The same will be carried out by the Commission appointed by the Supervisory Board, propose the most favorable bidder, and after the decision by the Supervisory Board on the selection of the most favorable tender, inform the most favorable bidder.

 

OFFER COSTS

The contracting authority does not bear any costs of participation of the bidder in the tender procedure and reserves the right to accept the bid in full, reject the offer, request additional information from the bidder, cancel the tender without explanation to the bidders and bearno responsibility for this.
