Director of the Directorate for Product Development, Process and Compliance............... 1 executor

 

  1. Required conditions for performing the tasks of the said position:
Professional qualifications: HJC economic/legal direction
Required work experience: five (5) years of work experience in banking

 

Key jobs

and work tasks:

 

·       Organizes work and manages the Directorate;

·       Participates in the development of strategies for legal and natural persons;

·       Plans, initiates and manages the development of products for legal and natural persons;

·       Plans and manages activities aimed at achieving the plan by products and organizational parts of the Bank;

·       Prepares reports and analyses on achieved sales results;

·       Provides guidance for projects related to business process improvement;

·       Development of pricing policy for legal and natural persons;

·       Provides suggestions for compiling and updating the catalog of products and services;

·       Plans and establishes marketing activities in cooperation with the competent services and monitors the implementation of the same;

·       Proposes and conducts employee training on new products, sales standards and service provision;

·       Proposes the adoption of instructions and procedures regarding new products;

·       Monitors and analyzes the competitiveness of existing and new products;

·       Monitors and analyzes customer satisfaction, analyzes complaint data, initiates activities to improve the quality of services;

·       Proposes the adoption of internal acts within the jurisdiction;

·       Proposes amendments to internal acts by changing the regulatory framework

·       Responsible for the reporting function within the jurisdiction;

·       Performs other tasks as directed by the direct manager.

  1. Required conditions for performing the tasks of the said position:

 

Professional qualifications: HJC economic/legal direction
Required work experience: three (3) years of banking experience
Key jobs and work tasks:

 

·       Participates in the development of a business plan by products and organizational parts of the Bank;

·       In accordance with business goals and business results, initiates and proposes the development of products and business processes;

·       Continuously monitors and analyzes the achievement at the level of products and organizational parts of the Bank;

·       Initiates and draws up proposals regarding pricing policy for legal and natural persons;

·       Initiates and compiles proposals regarding product catalogues for legal and natural persons;

·       Initiates, prepares and implements training of employees on new products, sales and service provision standards;

·       Initiates and compiles proposals for procedures and work instructions regarding new products;

·       Initiates and proposes marketing activities in cooperation with competent services and participates in their implementation;

·       Regularly monitors and analyzes the competitiveness of existing and new products;

·       Continuously monitors customer satisfaction and analyzes data on complaints, and proposes activities to improve the quality of services;

·       Provides support in the work of sales and cross-selling of multiple products and multiple sales segments;

·       Provides support to the planning and management of client acquisitions;

·       Implementation of client retention activities within campaigns – analysis and campaign proposals;

·       Organizes and holds visits and meetings with existing clients;

Responsibility:

 

 

 

 

 

 

·       Cooperates, initiates and coordinates activities with sales during the analysis of clients' business in order to provide the necessary inputs for credit analysis;

·       Defines the level of documentation and information required to assess creditworthiness;

·       Prepares an objective and independent assessment of creditworthiness, identification of advantages and disadvantages in business and early warning signs;

·       Evaluates the projection of the client/project's business;

·       Prepares an objective and independent follow-up review of the client's financial condition (monitoring of financial operations) and compliance with financial provisions;

·       Follow the legislation in the field of risk management;

·       Cooperates and provides data for the needs of control functions, external audits and Regulators;

·       Performs reporting function within the competence of the Directorate

·       Monitoring a portfolio of low-quality receivables with the aim of maximising the collection of debtor's obligations;

·       Prepares proposals for restructuring for power holders;

·       Provides proposals for activating the means of security in accordance with procedures;

·       Assesses the credibility of the client's restructuring plan;

·       Proposes action steps and a strategy for resolving the situation to the Bank's decision-making bodies;

·       Monitors and reports on the client's situation;

·       Responsible for the monitoring and level of collection of the assigned portfolio;

·       Periodically evaluate the success of the strategy;

·       Prepares reports and plans within the competence of the Directorate;

·       Cooperation with branches and other organizational units of the Bank in order to improve the existing debt collection processes;

Consultant for transactional operations..............

 

  1. Required conditions for performing the tasks of the said position:

 

Professional qualifications: Vss/SSS Economic/Social
Required work experience: With or without work experience

Key jobs and work tasks:

  • Performing cashier's duties in accordance with applicable legal and internal regulations and procedures;
  • Monitoring of activities on new banknotes put into circulation as well as on banknotes withdrawn from circulation;
  • Providing all necessary documentation necessary for the transaction allocation, taking into account internal and external business procedures;
  • Cash control in the cash register when closing the cash register aligned with the corresponding orders and cash iowa reports;
  • Storage and issuance of payment cards to bank customers,
  • Archiving documents and documents created during the transaction;
  • Updating existing customer databases;
  • Handling keys and codes for access to premises and cash registers in which money is stored in accordance with the current schedule of co-locking, procedures on the method of scheduling keys and codes;
  • If necessary, responsible for the main cash register/grant/surplus according to the main cash register
  • Where necessary, operations with vaults, ATMs and safe deposit boxes in accordance with the Bank's procedures;
  • Performs other tasks according to the order of the direct manager and the competent member of the Management Board
