PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT ON THE INTENTION TO SELL RECEIVABLES OF THE BANK

I. Subject of advertisement
The subject of the sale is the claim of Privredna banka Sarajevo d.d. Sarajevo according to the legal entity ARIT d.o.o. Sarajevo. The aforementioned claim on the basis of due principal amounts to KM 3,056,677, plus the amount of regular and default interest is secured by a lien – mortgage on a property in nature apartment of 74 m2 in ul. Grbavica number 8 inscribed in zk.ul.12683 KO Novo Sarajevo II.

II. Right of participation
The Bank publishes a public invitation for participation in the sale of receivables to all interested parties who meet the requirements prescribed by the Law on Banks of the FBiH, the Decision on the Sale of Bank Placements (FBiH Official Gazette No. 81/17) and the Decision on Amendments to the Decision on the Sale of Bank Placements (Official Gazette of the FBiH No. 86/20).

III. Submission of tenders
The bid is submitted properly sealed by mail or directly to the Bank's protocol, to the address Privredna banka Sarajevo d.d. Sarajevo, Obala Kulina bana 18 Sarajevo, with the indication: "Bid for a public announcement on the intention to sell the Bank's receivables"

IV. Deadline for submission of tenders
The deadline for submission of bids for the purchase of receivables of the Bank is no later than 16.01.2023.

V. Access to documentation
Bidders who meet the requirements referred to in point II, paragraph 1, may inspect the relevant documentation related to the subject of the sale no later than the expiry of this advertisement, and after the conclusion of the confidentiality agreement.

VI. Additional notes
If the received bids are eligible for the Bank, the official procedure will be initiated in accordance with the Decision on the sale of bank placements (FBiH Official Gazette No. 81/17) and the Decision on amendments to the Decision on the sale and sale of bank placements (Official Gazette of the FBiH No. 86/20). The sale of receivables referred to in point I is subject to prior approval of the Banking Agency of F BiH.

The Bank does not bear any costs of the bidder in the bidding process, and reserves the right to accept in whole or in part the bid, reject the offer, cancel the public tender or postpone all bids at any time before the conclusion of the contract and thereby bearno responsibility to the bidders, nor is it obliged to explain the reasons for such decision.
