Notification of deadlines for execution of payment orders in the country and abroad

Dear Clients,

We hereby inform you about the deadlines by which payment orders of clients of legal entities will be executed:

INTERNAL PAYMENT TRANSACTIONS

– all payment orders within Bosnia and Herzegovina that are received at the Bank's counters no later than 29.12.2017. by 12:00 will be executed in 2017.

– conversion requests submitted with currency 28.12.2017. until 12:00 (for payment transactions in the country) will be made with the currency on 28.12.2017. year, all requests submitted after the above mentioned period will be realized in 2018.

Electronic banking

– all payment orders within Bosnia and Herzegovina that are sent via electronic banking and received by the Bank until 29 December 2017 by 12:00 pm, will be executed in 2017 with the currency date in 2017. Orders for payments abroad that are delivered until 28.12.2017. by 12:00 pm will be executed in 2017 with the currency date in 2017.

All other payment orders received after the specified deadline will be executed with the currency date in 2018.

FOREIGN PAYMENT TRANSACTIONS

– orders for payments abroad that are received at the Bank's counters until 28 December 2017 by 12:00 p.m. will be executed in 2017 with the currency date in 2017, while all other payment orders received after the specified deadline will be executed with the currency date in 2018.

 We hereby inform you that 03.01.2018. is the first working day of internal and foreign payment transactions in 2018.
