Notice on the handling of PBS with inactive accounts of natural persons

Dear clients,

We hereby inform you that the Bank will declare inactive or extinguish the accounts no later than 30 days from the date of issuance of this notice, i.e. by the end of the current month below.

In accordance with legal regulations, an inactive account is considered an account by which there has been no activity of depositing or withdrawing funds from the account, done or defaulted by the Account Holder or authorized person for a period of 12 (twelve) months from the date of the last activity. The Bank's activities on the account (automatic interest registration, collection in connection with the account, etc.) and activities by persons regardless of the owner's will (collection of competent authorities or by court ruling, etc.) are not considered activities of depositing or withdrawing funds from the account.

If there are funds in the inactive account, the Bank will charge a fee for managing an inactive account. If there are no funds in the inactive account for charging the fee for managing an inactive Account, the Bank will shut down the inactive account.

If you perform the activity of depositing or withdrawing funds per account within the specified period, please ignore this notice.
