Director of the Directorate for Legal and General Affairs

1. Director of the Directorate for Legal and General Affairs – 1 executor

Key responsibilities:
– Defines strategy and objectives for all areas related to the function of legal affairs, human resources, general affairs and support affairs
– Organizing and managing the work of the Directorate
– Coordinates activities for conducting active and passive litigation
– Provides legal assistance to other directorates in the Bank
– Regularly monitors legal regulations and timely determines the impact on the Bank and initiates compliance activities
out of his jurisdiction
– Responsible for planning and controlling budget expenditures related to the function of the Directorate
– Proposes to engage external associates (lawyers) and coordinates work with the same
– Proposing internal acts within the scope of the Directorate
– Representation of the Bank in disputes before the court and other bodies and institutions as well as in proceedings
establishing a lien for the purpose of securing approved loans
– Execution of other activities assigned to internal acts of the Bank and orders of direct superiors,
management bodies of the Bank and control functions

Professional qualifications and work experience:
– Vss legal
– Passed bar exam
– Five (5) years of work experience in banking and at least four (4) years in managerial positions in
Banking

Required knowledge and skills:
– Communication and interpersonal skills
– Flexibility
– Teamwork
– Management skills

Additional requirements:
– Category B driver's license
– Knowledge of English
– Good computer skills (MS Office)
