- SUBJECT OF BIDDING:
The subject of the Public Tender is the collection of bids and the selection of the most favorable bidder for the procurement of computer equipment as follows:

- RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE:
All domestic corporate entities registered to perform the activities that are the subject of the tender have the right to participate.
- CONTENT OF THE OFFER:
The bidder must submit:
- the name and exact address of the bidder
- certified photocopy of the registration decision
- certified photocopy of the tax registration certificate
- original bid with prices (by points for which he participates in the tender)
- a letter from the manufacturer confirming the warranty conditions
- statement of authorized service on support in BiH
- a copy of the contract proving the existence of spare parts warehouses in BiH
- CRITERION FOR THE SELECTION OF THE BEST OFFER:
- Documentation listed in the Content of the offer
- Price
- Delivery time
- Method and terms of payment
- Reference of the same or similar business with the Bank
- Preference in choosing the most favorable bidder will be given to the Bank's clients
- SUBMISSION OF BIDS:
The bid is submitted properly sealed by mail or directly to the bank's protocol, to pbs dd Sarajevo, Obala Kulina bana 18 Sarajevo, with the indication "BID per tender for computer equipment - do not open".
- DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION OF TENDERS:
The deadline for submitting bids is 10 days from the date of publication.
- ROK ZA ISPORUKU OPREME:
Rok za isporuku računarske opreme je između 60 i 90 dana od dana odabira ponuđača.
- OPENING OF BIDS:
The opening of bids will be carried out by the Commission, which will propose the most favorable bidder, and after making a decision on the selection of the most favorable tender, inform all bidders thereof.
- OFFER COSTS:
PBS d.d. Sarajevo ne snosi nikakve troškove ponuđača u postupku nadmetanja, te zadržava pravo prihvatiti u potpunosti ili djelimično ponudu, odbiti ponudu, poništiti javno nadmetanje ili odgoditi sve ponude u bilo koje vrijeme prije sklapanja ugovora i pri tome ne snosi nikakvu odgovornost prema ponuđačima, niti je u obavezi objasniti razloge takve odluke.
