[SOLD OUT] PUBLIC CALL for bids and selection of the most favorable bidder for the purchase of real estate

SUBJECT OF SALE

Potential bidders are invited to submit bids for the purchase of real estate in Sarajevo at grbavica land registry markings as follows:

The property marked as k.č. no.:1387/E9, in nature business premises no. 13 consisting of a part on the low ground floor in the area of 85.66 m2 and a part on the high ground floor in an area of 48.29m2, and all the total area of 133.95m2, registered in the land register no. 2120 K.O. SP_Sarajevo Mahala CXXXV

Potential bidders can view the property in question until the deadline for submission of bids on the website www.pbs.ba and in person with prior notice on the phone number 033/ 408-737.

SUBMISSION AND OPENING OF BIDS

Sealed bids with the indicated full address of the bidder with the indication "DO NOT OPEN – BID per tender for the purchase of real estate" by mail or directly to the Bank for protocol.

The deadline for submitting bids is 7 days from the date of publication.

The opening of bids is not public.

OFFER COSTS

The contracting authority does not bear any costs of the bidder's participation in the proceedings and reserves the right to accept the bid in full, reject the offer, request additional information from the bidder, cancel the public invitation without explanation to the bidders and bearno responsibility for this.
