Dear users,

We inform the recipients of German pensions that they can be picked up tomorrow, March 25, 2020, at the counters of branches of the Bank that work for a reduced period until 14:00, except for the Agency Obala, which is temporarily not open to clients, due to the current health situation due to COVID-19. For users of our services in Sarajevo, use the Sarajevo Branch office at Alipašina street no. 6.

Also on this occasion, we invite all users of our services who do not have a Bank card to use their visit to our branches and become a user of our card so that each subsequent cash withdrawal is easier.
