Responsibility:

Competencies:

·          Daily monitoring and monitoring of network operation, and optimization of network infrastructure and communication;

·          Managing information system capacities and IT resources, diagnosing and eliminating failures;

·          Installation, configuration and maintenance of network devices, and connecting computers to a computer network;

·          Configuration, monitoring and maintenance of established VPN connections, internet connections and backup links;

·          Configuration, monitoring and maintenance of firewalls;

·          Supervision of the backup management system (back-up) at the level of the Bank's complete information system;

·          Testing and restoration of back-ups;

·          Patch management of key network devices (monitoring and regular updating);

·          Support to users of the information system;

·          Monitoring and monitoring of parameters and functions within the server room (at the primary and backup location);

·          Participation in regular maintenance and testing of business continuity systems;

·          Follows trends in the field of information technology and proposes amendments and new solutions;

·          Preparation and regular updating of technical and user documentation related to the area of responsibility;

·          Performs other tasks according to the order of the direct manager and the competent member of the Management Board
