·       Installation, configuration and maintenance of user applications necessary for the work of end users in accordance with the Catalogue of Jobs and Access Rights to the Information System;

·       Administration of electronic banking;

·       Maintains and supervises IT assets/resources, and maintains a catalogue of IT resources and services;

·       Preparation and regular updating of technical and user documentation related to the area of responsibility (user instructions and educational materials for end users);

·       Providing customer support in solving requests related to IT support of business processes;

·       Providing support and assistance to end users in working with information technology;

·       Ensuring the smooth operation of users as well as training of end-users in the use of information technologies;

·       Receipt of telephone and electronic reports (incidents, problems, changes, etc.) by end users;

·       Performs other tasks according to the order of the direct manager and the competent member of the Management Board.

·       Conscientious and professional performance of tasks within its scope of work and other entrusted tasks and performing tasks within working groups, committees, teams and other coordination mechanisms within the Bank;
