Public announcement for filling jobs at risk

Privredna banka Sarajevo d.d. Sarajevo, due to the need, is announced

to fill the following position:

• Directorate for Risk Management 

Independent expert associate for credit risk measurement...... 1 executor in Sarajevo 

Indefinite employment with a 6-month probationary period 

Required conditions for performing the tasks of the said position:

Jobs and work tasks: 

• Calculation of impairment/revision for the Bank's credit and guarantee portfolio
• Monitoring the movement of sub-foils by stages on a monthly basis and compiling reports on potential S2 and S3 at the bank level
• Activities related to the validation of value correction methodologies (PD, LGD, ATR and HC)
• Preparation of regulatory reports in the field of credit and concentration risk management
• Coordination with collateral officer in terms of correctness of collateral data used in the process of calculating value corrections
• Participation in it support improvement activities for the purpose of calculating value adjustments (defining requirements, testing, other continuous activities in the segment of refining the methodology of calculation of corrections – PD, LGD, ATR, recoveries, counter, etc.)
• Actively participates in the development of internal acts in the field of credit risk management, especially those in the field of credit risk measurement
• Cooperation with internal and external control functions (internal control functions, external auditor, Regulator)

Competencies:

• Demonstrated analytical skills 
• Knowledge of the methodology of credit risk measurement, possession of knowledge in the field of credit risk assessment, accounting, business finance, and analysis of financial statements 
• Readiness for new professional development

Additional requirements:

• Certificates of professional development in the field of banking and financial operations 
• Knowledge of English language
• Good knowledge of working on a computer 

Responsibility: 

• Conscientious and professional performance of tasks within its scope of work and other entrusted tasks and performing tasks within working groups, committees, teams and other coordination mechanisms within the Bank
• Efficient and reasonable use of the Bank's resources in the performance of professional tasks
