Due to potential loss or theft of the card, and for your better protection, we would like to warn you once again not to store your Visa Electron card PIN into your mobile phone storage. Please cover the ATM keys while entering your PIN code at ATMs and POS so that other people cannot see it.

In case of theft or card loss, or if any unauthorized person finds out your PIN or card number, please contact the Bank’s card center at +387 33 652 888 immediately.

It is highly recommended to store the Call Center number.
